When changing your audience on a campaign, we'll now show you a list of users who are currently in your audience. This small quality of life feature will make it easier to see how your segment selections and user attribute filters affect who can enter your campaign.
We've improved how feedback is collected in-app, so users are much more likely to give meaningful feedback – and enjoy giving it – with feedback autocomplete, redesigned feedback landing pages, and easy-to-edit user details.

You can now Send reviews to Slack. This is a no-code integration that enables you to connect a review site like G2, Capterra, GetApp, or Product Hunt (and many more) and send the reviews to Slack immediately.
This is useful if you get a negative review, since a quick response is the best way to turn a frown upside down. On the other hand, a positive review is something we all want to share widely, and the best way to find out if you get a new review on any review site is to install our free Slack bot which connects to all the review sites you know and love.

The new model adds a Predicted Score to your users, which predicts with a high degree of accuracy whether a user is likely to be an NPS Promoter, an NPS Passive, or an NPS Detractor. You can use the Predicted Score attribute to segment your users in the RateHighly dashboard and in surveys. For instance, you can request a review from users who are likely to be an NPS Promoter.
The behavioural model uses several signals to determine whether a user is satisfied with your product or service. Behavioural signals include user attributes, in-app usage, and customer service interactions.
