You can display custom testimonial suggestions to your users when they rate highly. Users are up to 10x more likely to give a testimonial when you start them off with a suggestion.

You can enable suggestions on your in-app campaign under Campaign > Configure campaign and select Enable testimonial suggestions.

Suggestions are enabled by default on all other campaigns. If you have not added any custom testimonial suggestions, default suggestions will be displayed.

Chain together email templates to create custom email sequences that you can trigger automatically.

This feature is now available on all campaigns under Email follow-ups.

You can now write custom templates for use on campaigns.

Set placeholders to add details to emails when you send them, and use advanced logic like variables, loops, and conditional statements.

You can now connect Satismeter to RateHighly with our built-in integration.

After a user completes a Satismeter survey, their user profile and response will be synced with RateHighly, and (optionally) this will trigger the email campaign to request a review.

You can now trigger a sequence by adding a RateHighly email address as a BCC recipient to an email that you send to your users. We'll automatically follow up with your user to request a testimonial and review.

With this new campaign you can reach all of you customers, even if they don't log in to your service, and with no coding required you can get started in seconds.

You can now Send reviews to Slack. This is a no-code integration that enables you to connect a review site like G2, Capterra, GetApp, or Product Hunt (and many more) and send the reviews to Slack immediately.

This is useful if you get a negative review, since a quick response is the best way to turn a frown upside down. On the other hand, a positive review is something we all want to share widely, and the best way to find out if you get a new review on any review site is to install our free Slack bot which connects to all the review sites you know and love.
We've released Customer Stories, a free, hosted customer stories tool. We think it's the easiest way to collect, share and embed customer stories.

You can add customer stories manually or use RateHighly to collect them in-app or via email.
It's finally here! Our Wall of Love feature is alive! Add testimonials collected by RateHighly and from any other source to a hosted Wall of Love. You can create as many walls as you like, with no limits, then embed the walls on your site and share them with potential customers.

Check out ChartMogul's wall of love for a live example of RateHighly's wall of love, and the full customization options available.
You can now export user responses (reviews, ratings, testimonials, and feedback) in-app to a CSV file. It's your data, after all.

Just click "Export CSV" next to any list of responses and your download will start. And if you have any filters applied, those will affect the CSV export too.

We've released Testimonials to enable your users to give a testimonial without leaving your app.

Testimonial requests can be triggered by an NPS survey, and enable you to collect, share and embed testimonials for free. After a user gives a testimonial you can optionally ask the user to post their testimonial on a review site like G2 or Capterra automatically.
Users are more likely to review when offered an incentive, so now you can reward your users who become advocates with fully managed incentives such as Amazon.com Gift Cards.

You can now optionally show an in-app followup message to users after an NPS survey to request a review. In-app followups - when enabled - will increase the chance that a user will review your app. Users who give a rating but don't have time to give a review right away will see a banner at the bottom of your app. The banner can be dismissed with one click.

You can now request a review from your users with email review requests. The emails are thoughtfully persistent and are proven to get your users to review on sites like G2 and Capterra. The emails stop once a user gives a review, and if a user doesn't review, RateHighly follows up. Emails sent by RateHighly are delivered from the person your user knows best, and are sent at the best time to convert your users into advocates.

An email campaign can be triggered after an NPS survey. You can use RateHighly's free NPS survey tool or an alternative NPS tool such as AskNicely to trigger the email review request campaign.

We've added an NPS mode that enables showing your users a fully NPS-compatible flow, including a 0-10 rating scheme and questionnaire. This is built directly into RateHighly.JS so there's no additional configuration required. Just select "NPS mode" from Manage Campaign.

We've released an in-app survey to gather feedback from your users. With a single line of code you can start gathering feedback from your users, in-app, with an emoji-themed survey. The survey is set-and-forget - install it once, and we'll gather feedback for you automatically.

The survey pops up after a user uses your app for a short period of time, and can be easily dismissed. If a user dismisses the modal, we'll ask them again later.

RateHighly now integrates with review sites. Our direct integration enables you to request a review from your users in-app. Here's a list of the review sites we support:

  • GetApp
  • G2
  • Capterra
  • Product Hunt
