You can re-order the testimonials on a Wall of Love by dragging them up and down. Just click and hold the 6 dots at the top-right of a testimonial that you have already added to your wall and pull it up or down to change its position on the wall.

You can create a Wall of Love in the dashboard under Testimonials > Wall of Love.
