Can I start a free trial of a paid plan?

Yes, you can try our Growth plan free for 14 days. If you would like a free 14-day trial of our Enterprise plan please contact sales.

What is a customer sequence?

A cusomter sequence is a group of interactions RateHighly has with an individual user to request feedback, a testimonial, or a review.

How many messages will each user receive?

You can configure the number of emails and in-app messages each user receives in the admin settings. You can also cancel an individual sequence or pause a campaign at any time. You can upgrade to the Growth or Enterprise plan to increase limits.

How customizable is the in-app widget?

You can choose between pre-set options such as Emoji and NPS mode on all plans. You can fully customize the emails users receive on all plans.

A custom plan is required to further customize the in-app modal, and to use custom branding. Please contact sales to discuss the available options.

Can I see a preview of the messages my users will experience?

Yes, once you have created your account you will see a preview of what your most enaged users will experience, which you can continue to view as you make customizations.

Which users will be messaged?

You can choose which users will be included in a campaign using segmentation. For instance, you can target a campaign at just highly active users on a particular pricing plan in a specific geography.

On the Growth and Enterprise plans you can also segment users by custom tags.

Can I offer gift cards and other rewards to users?

Yes, RateHighly can offer gift card rewards as a paid add-on available on the Growth and Enterprise plans. Please contact our sales team for details of the gift cards and other rewards we can offer your users. Fully managed custom discretionary rewards (such as merchandise, including branded clothing, stickers, etc.) are available on the Enterprise plan. Limits apply dependent on user jurisdiction and the review site ToS.

How many reviews on sites like G2 and Capterra can I expect?

While this varies by customer, you can expect approximately 1-5 reviews per month on the Starter plan, and up to 200 reviews per month on the Growth plan.

What are my payment options?

You can be billed monthly, but get 2 months free if you pay annually. We accept payment by credit card. For customers on the Enterprise plan other payment methods are available upon request.

What happens when I hit a customer sequence limit?

No additional messages will be sent to your users, but existing requests (such as already delivered emails) will continue to work. The limit resets at the beginning of each month.

How is my data used?

All data is stored and handled in accordance with GDPR. Your customer data is never shared except where necessary for the provision of our services (such as when sending an email to the customer via a mail provider). Customers on the Enterprise plan can choose to store their data in either our EU or US based datacenters. Please see our Privacy policy for full details, including a full list of RateHighly subprocessors.
