You can now Send reviews to Slack. This is a no-code integration that enables you to connect a review site like G2, Capterra, GetApp, or Product Hunt (and many more) and send the reviews to Slack immediately.

This is useful if you get a negative review, since a quick response is the best way to turn a frown upside down. On the other hand, a positive review is something we all want to share widely, and the best way to find out if you get a new review on any review site is to install our free Slack bot which connects to all the review sites you know and love.
We've (finally) released our a Slack integration which notifies you when you receive feedback or a testimonial. To install just go to Integrations and hit Add to Slack and we'll do the rest.

This integration sends your user feedback, scores, and testimonials to ChartMogul, enabling you to segment your metrics using RateHighly data, and see user feedback as notes in your ChartMogul CRM.
We've added integrations with Twitter (X) and LinkedIn to enable sharing of testimonials and reviews on social media.

We have released a Google Tag Manager integration so that connecting RateHighly to your app no longer requires any coding. The code for our integration is open source.
You can now connect any review site with RateHighly, including Google Reviews, the Hubspot App store, and the Shopify App store. We also support many more review sites directly, including TechBible, TrustPilot, and TrustRadius.
You can now connect RateHighly to Segment, a customer data platform. This is a no-code integration with Segment. RateHighly is available in the Segment Catalog.

Data sent through to Segment includes user scores, feedback, reviews, and predicted scores.
